Set Up Customer Ticket Types
If a ticket is asking for a ticket type and won’t save until I select something, yet there is nothing to select you will need to setup custom ticket types.
- Go to Settings > Drop Down Editor
- In "Drop Down Field" select "Ticket Type".
- Now you choose what items you want to show by clicking "Edit" on the description you want and
- If you want this ticket type to be available in
Billcenter, check the box "Show in BillCenter".
- Click Save
