If a ticket is asking for a ticket type and won’t save until I select something, yet there is nothing to select you will need to setup custom ticket types.

  1. Go to Settings > Drop Down Editor
  2. In "Drop Down Field" select "Ticket Type".
  3. Now you choose what items you want to show by clicking "Edit" on the description you want and
  4. If you want this ticket type to be available in Billcenter, check the box "Show in BillCenter".
  5. Click Save
