• ID - the identifier of the column as it is stored in GRAVITY.dbo.tblFTPFile
  • Name - In the case of an incoming FTP site, the name of the file as it was downloaded from the FTP site. In the case of an outgoing FTP site, the name of the file as it will be posted to the FTP site.
  • Status - identifies the state in which the FTP site is in. Unprocessed means the file is waiting to be processed (in the case of an incoming site) or posted (in the case of an outgoing site).Error means the file tried to process/post, but encountered an error. Complete means the file process/posted successfully.
  • CountTotal - For incoming sites. Indicates how many records in total were in the record. This is mainly for CDR processing, but in some cases, this will show up for other record types (provisioning, payment, etc).
  • CountFailed - For incoming sites. Like CountTotal, but shows how many records failed to process.
  • CountProcessed - For incoming sites. Like CountTotal, but shows how many records processed successfully.
  • CountSkipped - For incoming sites. Like CountTotal, but shows how many records were skipped during the processing of the file. Records are skipped in some cases because they may be superfluous records that the vendor provides that the client does not want to use. Other times, they may be header/footer records that count towards the total line count but are otherwise for metadata purposes only.
  • Direction - indicates whether the file was for use with an incoming FTP site that we downloaded the file from or whether the file is to be posted to an outgoing FTP site. Most of the time, this will only be one value for each FTP site (incoming or outgoing).
  • Created - the date the file was created in Rev.io. In the case of an incoming file, this is when the file was downloaded and saved to our database. In the case of an outgoing file, this is when the file was created and queued to be posted to an external FTP site.
  • Modified/Processed - in the case of an incoming file, this is the date and time when the file was either processed and succeeded/failed, or was re-queued to be processed. In the case of an outgoing file, this is the date and time that the file was successfully posted to the external site.
  • KB - the size in kilobytes of the physical file.
  • Actions - Download can be used to download a physical copy of the file. Mark as Unprocessed can be used when a file is in status of Complete or Error and needs to be reprocessed.
