Gravity Profile Setup

Verify you can login to the BroadWorks web portal with the User ID, Password, and URL you are using below, and then configure a Gravity Profile (Admin > Gravity Profiles) with the following settings:

If there are multiple BroadWorks switches to set up (e.g. one at a Northeast data center and one for Midwest), create a Gravity Profile for each.

Carrier Setup

After testing the User ID, Password, and URL to the Broadworks web portal, and configuring a Gravity Profile, setup a Carrier (Settings > Carriers) as described below:

If you created multiple Gravity Profiles for multiple BroadWorks switches, you will still typically set up only one Carrier but multiple Carrier Accounts.

Carrier Account Setup

Next you will need to setup a Carrier Account for each Gravity Profile you created above. Configure a Carrier Account (Settings > Carrier Accounts) as described below:
