This page will serve as a guide on how-to automate the assignment of processes and tasks to users upon order creation.

To view auto order processes, click Settings > General > Auto Order Process.

Click Add

Edit Order Process Screen

Fill out the designated fields below and click save. Once saved, will match this criteria to any new order and will begin assigning the process flow as designed in a previous steps immediately. 

  • Description
  • Process - Select a preconfigured Process (e.g. New Voice Service)

Selection Criteria

  • Provider - Select a Provider if the processes is provider specific, otherwise select all
  • Bill Profile - Select a Bill Profile if the processes is Bill Profile specific, otherwise select all
  • Service Type - Select a Service Type (e.g. Hosted Voice) if the processes is Service Type specific, otherwise select all
  • Order Type
  • Product Type
