Top Section of Customer Account
Each item in the top section of a customer account is defined below.
Customer account number assigned by Rev.io or manually entered by a user.
Company Name/First Name & Last Name
Name of company from the service address if class of service is listed as business or name of customer from service address if residential.
Billing TN/Circuit ID
Main line indicator as selected on the customer profile page.
Real time amount on a customer’s account. Includes current and past due statements as well as any unposted transactions from the Billing and Collections section of the account.
Amount of money owed from one or more statements that are passed the due date.
Amount of money owed from a statement with a due date that has not passed.
Options are Open, Pending, Closed and Prospect. Order completion will set accounts to the Open status. Users should not manually make status changes.
Date that monthly recurring charges will appear on an account.
Button used for making payments at the customer account level.
Button used for creating a note on the customer account.
Button used to open a ticket on the customer account.
Button used to open a task on the customer account.
Button used to create a Move, Add, Change or Disconnect on the customer account.
Button used to access the audit log on a customer’s account.
Button used to add a tag on the customer’s account (Tag - colored rectangle with text).
Short cut button to several other links on the customer account page.
Colored text boxes used for drawing additional visibility to a data point on the account. Added by a database rule or manually generated from the Tag button.
