The customer profile section of the account contains much of the information that is collected during the customer creation process. Each field is defined below.

Link to view and edit the customer profile data. This is the information primarily collected when creating a new account.

Analyze Contract

Link to analyze early term fees based on contract dates.

Commission

Not in use with standard commissions today but formerly a link to edit commissions on the customer account. This may still be active for clients with custom commission code.

Write Email

Link to open email form and send email to customer.

Close

A link to manually close an account. If a line is still active on an account and has not been disconnected, the line will continue to bill.

Delete

A link to delete the account.

Billing Hold

A link to functionality that will hold or prevent a bill from physically going to a customer.

Replenish History

Link to history of replenishments for wireless accounts.

Profile Tab

A tab showing all the customer profile information gathered on the account. Some additional information related to custom usage rates and aging may also be found on the account.

Notes Tab

Notes added at the account level will display here. Some notes added at the order, ticket, task or line level may also show here.

Addresses Tab

Service, billing and listing address information are stored and edited here. Additional addresses used for shipping or end point designation may also be found on this tab.

Contacts Tab

Stores all contacts created on the account. Users can Edit, Copy and Remove contacts from this tab.

Related Tab

Houses all account relationship links. This includes parent/child and Other types of relationship. Tab includes link for adding/managing other relationships and managing hierarchy of these accounts for view in the enterprise customer portal.

Lifeline (Optional)

Stores certification information about Lifeline accounts.

Attachments

Stores documents added to an account. Size limited on document is 25 MB.

Status information on the account.

Account Type

Account type options are Standard, Parent or Child.

Primary agent on the account.

Class

Designates whether an account is an individual or a company.

BTN Carrier

Carrier of the number designated as the billing telephone number on an account.

Email

Main contact email address(es) on an account. Used for statement, collection and general account notifications from the email templates. Can have multiple email addresses separated with a comma.

Created

Name of user that created the account and date created.

Created In

Application where the customer was originally created.

Active

Number of months the customer has been active.

Last Sale

User that entered the account or designated sales person on the account and date of last sales related change.

Deposits

Shows any deposits stored on the account.

Collection Template

Shows collection template assigned to the account.

Contract dates if captured at the account level. Dates may also be at line or product level.

Shows link that will allow a user to see any usage that has been processed but not yet applied to a bill.

Special Rates

Shows link that will allow a user access to set and view any special LD rates on the customer account. Usage rates are typically applied at the line level but some clients prefer to use special rates and apply them at the account level.

Displays aging buckets and amounts.

Billcenter Registration Code

Only displays when a billcenter account has not been established. This information is required for the user to set up a billcenter account.
