Repost a Transaction
- Go to the Billing & Collections section of the customer account.
- Click the Repost MRCs link.
- Select the number of cycles you wish to repost or select a specific date. You may also select a specific line to repost or select all lines.
- Reposted transactions appear in the Unposted tab.
Reposting transactions may take up to several minutes to complete depending on the number of transactions selected. Continue to refresh screen every few minutes until transactions appear.
