To use the collections workflow in, go to the Customers tab and click > Collections Summary.
The Collections Summary contains a queue for every step that can be used in a Collections Template.

When a customer meets the rule in the collection template assigned to their customer profile, the customer will be visible in the respective queue.

  • administrators may choose to automate some rules while others require manual processing. If the rule requires manual processing those customers must be processed on this screen. 
  • Customers on collection templates with automated rules may only briefly appear in the queues but those steps will process on their own. You are not likely to see them in the Current Items tab. All queues are very similar.
